Remspec Corporation Standard Warranty

Remspec Corporation warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchasers receipt of the product until the end of the term of the warranty. During the limited warranty period, Remspec Corporation will, at its option, either repair or replace products (or components within products) that prove to be defective. Replacement products or components may be new or refurbished at Remspec's option. Exclusions The limited warranty on your Remspec Corporation product shall only be available to the original purchaser of the product, and shall not under any circumstances apply to defects resulting from any of the following: - Improper or inadequate maintenance by the customer, - Neglect, Misuse or Abuse of the product, - Unauthorized modification to or service upon the product, and/or - Operation outside of the environmental specifications of the product. To maintain this limited warranty, you must have your Remspec Corporation product serviced by Remspec Corporation or an authorized service representative. By purchasing the warranted product, the customer agrees to the terms of this limited warranty, and agrees that Remspec Corporation and its suppliers shall not be liable to the customer except to repair or replace a defective product , and under no circumstances will Remspec Corporation be liable to the customer or any third person for any damages (consequential or otherwise) including but not limited to, property damage, bodily injury, disease, pain and suffering, loss of profits, and/or loss of goodwill, resulting from any breach of this limited warranty.

Remspec Corporation specifically disclaims the implied warranties of mechantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Term of Warranty The term of this warranty shall start upon the original purchasers receipt of the product. The time period is one year unless a specific offer in an official Remspec quotation on Remspec letterhead for a different time period is made in which case that offer will only apply to the goods quoted in that quotation. This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to the choice of law provisions.
